Job Profile
We an MNC in Ahmedabad Gujarat are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Head with 6–8 years of proven expertise in the physical security products industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, key accounts, and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales tactics.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
2. Marketing Strategy:
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote physical security products and solutions.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Enhance brand visibility through digital marketing, trade shows, events, and other channels.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
3. Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Provide regular training and performance reviews to enhance team effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
4. Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
- Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction through excellent service.
5. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to define business objectives and align sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Prepare annual budgets, plans, and reports to track progress and performance.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–8 years of experience in sales and marketing within the physical security products industry (e.g., Boom Barriers, Bollards, Gates, Tyre Killer, Road Blocker, etc.).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international markets or handling large-scale projects.
- Established a network within the physical security industry.
