We an MNC in Ahmedabad Gujarat are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of proven expertise in the physical security products industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership

▪️ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, key accounts, and partnerships.

▪️ Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales tactics.

▪️ Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

2. Marketing Strategy

▪️ Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote physical security products and solutions.

▪️ Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

▪️ Enhance brand visibility through System Integrators

▪️ Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

3. Customer Engagement

▪️ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and System Integrators in Respected Area.

▪️ Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives to HOD

▪️ Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Requirements

▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

▪️ 3–4 years of experience in sales and marketing within the physical security products industry (e.g., Boom Barriers, Bollards, Gates, Tyre Killer, Road Blocker, etc.).

▪️ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

▪️ Strong knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitors.

▪️ Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office.

▪️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

▪️ Established a network within the physical security industry.
